Gillingham striker Simeon Jackson cannot rule out leaving in January.
Jackson, who was recently named as Canada's Player of the Year, has been linked with Wolves, Tottenham and QPR.
He told his club's official website: "The window doesn't open for another few weeks. I'm just going to get my head down and do what I've always done.
"There's been a lot of links over the weeks and we're getting close to that time so it will probably come again, but I'm just concentrating on the next game.
"I've got a contract here for the season after this so I just want to keep trying to improve and work hard.
"I just take it one day at a time, one game at a time. I'm here and I'm going to be here until my contract's up."
