Tottenham are challenging Liverpool for Atletico Madrid winger Maxi Rodriguez. The Daily Mail says Spurs are ready to rival Liverpool in a loan bid for Atletico Madrid's Maxi.
The midfielder also has an offer from Boca Juniors. Liverpool appear to be favourites but Tottenham could propose a loan deal for David Bentley as part of the package.
Maxi comes off contract in June.
