Tottenham U21 coach Chris Ramsey is happy to see his youngsters move away on-loan.

Ramsey says it's important for academy players to quickly realise what is required to make it at first team level.

"A lot of players impressed on loan last season and Massimo Luongo, Alex Pritchard and Grant Hall (all on loan at Swindon for the 2013-14 season) all did well for Swindon against the first team on Tuesday night," Ramsey told the Spurs website.

"The younger players have to understand that there is a difference between playing youth football and senior football and they have to make that step now."
