Roman Pavlyuchenko insists his winner for Tottenham against Liverpool was 'all part of the job'.

"It was great to score, but the most important thing was that the team won and I am very happy at the moment because we are playing well," he told Tottenham's website.

"At the end of the day, it's my job to score goals, that's why I was brought here, so I'm pleased to be scoring them."

However, he did take time to recognise the 'extraordinary' support of the White Hart Lane faithful.

"It is impossible to describe the atmosphere at The Lane. The support is extraordinary and I'm really enjoying it."
