Tottenham captain Robbie Keane says former manager Martin Jol made him a better player.

He said: "I really enjoyed working with [Jol] - he certainly brought this team forward and up a few notches. Personally, he did make me a better player.

"[Ramos' English] is fine - he can hold a meeting in English for example. So far it's been really good in the few weeks that he's been here."
