Tottenham striker Dimitar Berbatov admits he may not be able to handle another summer of frenzied transfer speculation.

Berbatov has received an award from Ivaylo Kalfin, the Bulgarian Minister of Foreign Affairs, for his contribution to the country. The Bulgaria international plans to set up a foundation for gifted children in his home country.

He admitted that there was interest in him from other clubs.

"If any conversations with AC Milan start, I will be flattered," he said. "My head will boil again in the summer from the transfer speculation. I know the price [Tottenham want], but I won't tell you."
