Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen is among Denmark players in a pay dispute with the federation.

The Danish Football Association (DBU) announced yesterday that negotiations with the Players Association for a new player agreement had stalled. As such, there is a real danger the friendlies with Slovakia and Wales will be abandoned.

Borussia Dortmund midfielder Thomas Delaney admitted: "I'm shocked. We are close to a crisis situation. I saw our offer as a temporary solution, an extended hand. We would like to negotiate, we would extend and we wanted to play.

"I do not know what's going on tomorrow. It's chaos right now and we have to meet in one way or another to see if we can solve this."
