Tottenham are moving for Chelsea defender Tal Ben Haim.

The Daily Mail says the controversial Chelsea defender's career at Stamford Bridge is over and Tottenham manager Juande Ramos believes he has landed his man.

Ben Haim, 26, has made just 17 starts for Chelsea since joining the club from Bolton on a free transfer at the end of last season and has been a frustrated onlooker in recent weeks.

Chelsea will allow the Israeli international to leave at the end of the season and he expects to complete a move to White Hart Lane over the summer.
