Tottenham Hotspur scouts were in attendance at Signal Iduna Park to watch over Borussia Dortmund youngster Chris Pulisic against AS Monaco on Wednesday.

The Daily Mail claims that Spurs scout Steve Hitchin was present as the 18-year-old made a second-half substitute appearance in the 3-2 defeat.

Arsenal and Liverpool have also been linked with the US international who Dortmund are determined to keep this summer and beyond.
