Tottenham are eyeing Southampton fullback Luke Shaw.
The Daily Mail says Tottenham are confident they are ahead of Chelsea and Manchester United in the race to sign Southampton star Shaw.
But the Saints are not willing to sell the 18-year-old left back in the January transfer window and are holding out for a £30million fee in the summer.
Shaw's representatives have a strong relationship with Tottenham. His agent also represents Spurs forward Erik Lamela.
