Premier League clubs are aware of the availability of Villarreal striker Nilmar.
The 27 year-old Brazil international is a favourite of Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy, while ambitious QPR will also be keen.
Nilmar's agent revealed: "I had a conversation with Villarreal and they will sell for at least eight million euros."
