Tottenham are preparing a £10 million bid for Atletico Madrid striker Diego Forlan.
AS says the Uruguay international has emerged as Spurs boss Juande Ramos' top attacking target for the summer market.
Ramos is banking on Atletico failing to clinch Champions League qualification this season in order to persuade them to part with Forlan.
