Tottenham are drawing up a new contract offer for Mauricio Pochettino.
Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is determined to hold on to the Argentine amid interest from Chelsea and Manchester United, says the Mirror.
Pochettino will be rewarded for building a young successful team at White Hart Lane.
The Spurs boss currently earns £3.5m per year but that figure will increased dramatically if he commits to the club.
Pochettino has three-and-a-half years remaining on his current deal which he signed after leaving Southampton in 2014.
