Ajax striker Klaas Jan Huntelaar is a January target for Tottenham.

The Daily Mail says Spurs are reported to be considering a January move for Huntelaar to boost a forward line which has lost Jermain Defoe, Robbie Keane and Dimitar Berbatov.

Huntelaar, 24, is one of Europe's most-wanted players and has been linked with a move to Real Madrid as a replacement for Robinho.

Tottenham were rumoured to be keen on the Holland star in the summer but were put off by the £20m price tag slapped on him by Ajax.
