Spurs plan big offer for Rangers keeper McGregor

Tottenham are ready to go back to Rangers to further strengthen their defence.

After landing fullback Alan Hutton in January, the Daily Express says Spurs are now planning a £9 million bid for Rangers goalkeeper Allan McGregor.
