Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez is the man Tottenham want to replace Harry Redknapp.

The Sun says Redknapp will leave Spurs today after chairman Daniel Levy informed him owner Joe Lewis was after a younger boss - with Martinez rated the No1 target by White Hart Lane insiders.

Hot tip Martinez, 38, has sprung to prominence after he inspired a brilliant last third of the season for Wigan.
