Tottenham are planning a £10million move for Russian star Diniyar Bilyaletdinov.

The People says Spurs coach Juande Ramos equalled the club's transfer record with the £16.5m capture of Croatian Luka Modric. Now Ramos wants to add another man who played a key role in England's Euro 2008 downfall, Lokomotiv Moscow's Bilyaletdinov, 23.

He can play on the left wing or as an attacking midfielder and would help Ramos switch to a possible 4-3-3 formation next term.
