Tottenham are set to offer new terms to fullback Pascal Chimbonda.
The People says Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has opened talks about a pay hike for the French right-back.
Chimbonda, 28, was wanted by Chelsea in the last transfer window but Levy priced him out of the move and wants to ward off any Stamford Bridge bid in the New Year.
