Tottenham No2 Gus Poyet was in attendance for Almeria's clash with Real Zaragoza last weekend.
It's understood Poyet was running his eye over Almeria striker Alvaro Negredo, who said: "I am delighted he came to see a game in which I scored.
"But I do not know anything about my future."
