Zenit St Petersburg insist Andrei Arshavin won't move for less than £24 million.

The Russian striker has been linked with Tottenham, Chelsea and Arsenal but they will not land him on the cheap.

Zenit general director Maxim Mitrofanov claimed: "We have voiced our opinion on this matter on many occasions and it is still the same.

"We are only prepared to sell for a lot of money.

"We are not talking about a charity called 'Help Arshavin Make His Dream Come True'. We are talking business."
