Tottenham midfielder Niko Kranjcar admits he's delighted for fellow Croatian Nikica Jelavic over his success at Everton.

Jelavic has been outstanding since arriving at Everton in January from Rangers.

"Fantastic, surprised us all!" Kranjcar told Jutarnji List. "We all believed he'd need time to adjust at Everton, but he has settled so quickly and become a hit in the Premiership, it was hard to imagine.

"However, he scored for Rapid and Rangers, but I was impressed by more than just his goals. He really has been a big story here."
