Tottenham management are delighted after Ledley King's return in yesterday's 5-1 victory over Fulham.
"That is the biggest happiness of the game," said assistant boss Gus Poyet. "It was important for us and the supporters to look and see Ledley on the pitch.
"We had enough luck to score four and give him a rest. Everything he did was outstanding."
Head coach Juande Ramos added: "He's not 100% yet but we needed him to play because we did not have enough defensive players.
"We will have a look at him and how his knee is getting on. It depends on how he comes out of this game as to whether he can play again during the week."
