Spurs, Man Utd warned they're allowing world class talent slip through their hands

Dithering Premier League clubs have been warned they risk missing out on a future worldbeater in Alen Halilovic. The Dinamo Zagreb teen has been a long-term target for Manchester United, while Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has twice attempted to broker a deal this year with the Halilovic family.

Now, the midfielder is being linked with a move to Russia and CSKA Moscow and high-profile agent Nikky Vuksan remains convinced Halilovic is one of best young players Croatia has produced.

Vuksan, who placed Luka Modric at Tottenham, told "In my opinion Halilovic is one of the biggest talents ever to come out of our region and country. That is all I can say about him."
