A raft of Premier League clubs attended the Portuguese league's kickoff on Wednesday night.
The Daily Mail says Tottenham had scouts posted at Porto on Wednesday night as they kicked off their league campaign by beating Estoril 4-0.
Tottenham were not the only Premier League side watching at the Estadio Do Dragao. Manchester United, Manchester City, West Ham, Leicester also had scouts in the stands as did Borussia Dortmund, Montpellier, Lille and Atalanta.
Spurs target Ricardo Pereira was comfortable on the night while Porto winger Yacine Brahimi scored and impressed as did midfielder Oliver Torres.
