Premier League clubs are scrambling for Inter Milan midfielder Fredy Guarin.

Sky Italia says Guarin's agents were in London yesterday for talks with Manchester United, Tottenham and Chelsea.

Inter directors Marco Branca, Piero Ausilio and Guarin's agent Marcelo Ferreyra were together for the meetings.

It's suggested Chelsea could offer Demba Ba as part of an exchange, perhaps including a bid for Inter defender Andrea Ranocchia too.
