Tottenham and Liverpool are keeping tabs on Cristian Tello's situation at Barcelona.

Barca are prepared to send Tello away on-loan next season, with Ajax having already registered their interest.

However, Marca says Liverpool and Tottenham are also keen and eager to discuss terms with Barca for the attacker.
