Tottenham legend Glenn Hoddle is returning to the England fold.
The Daily Mail says Hoddle will be asked to shape the future of English football when he is invited onto FA chairman Greg Dyke's taskforce.
Hoddle - sacked as the country's head coach because of his bizarre beliefs on reincarnation 14 years ago - is on the FA commission headed by Dyke.
Last month Dyke set the national team the extraordinary target of winning the World Cup in Qatar in 2022 as part of his ambitious masterplan.
It is not known yet if England's current head coach Roy Hodgson has been asked on to the committee, but it seems inconceivable that he will be overlooked.
