Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris has hailed the culture manager Mauricio Pochettino is developing at Spurs Lodge.
Spurs have only lost once in the Premier League since their 5-3 win at home over Chelsea on New Year's Day and are just one point away from fourth-placed Manchester United.
Lloris believes that the management and players have got a near perfect formula for success.
He said: "The season is very long but things are key as to how they work every day. There's a good working mentality in the team and we try to do what the manager expects. We try to give it our best on the pitch - it's more than individual performances I think we've tried to improve our team performance."
