Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris says he hasn't dwelt on Eder's winner for Portugal in the Euros final last summer.
The France keeper insists he only looks forward, despite the anguish of the moment.
He said: "No, it's been forgotten. It belongs to the past. You can only look ahead. It is important to qualify for the World Cup in Russia. The faster would be best.
"We changed status. We must defend ourselves every time we wear the jersey of Les Bleus.
"We feel that the team, step by step, is progressing, that this generation is mature and that the team of France can achieve beautiful things in the future."
