Tottenham goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes has urged Julio Cesar to quit QPR.
Gomes says his countryman has no chance under QPR boss Harry Redknapp.
Gomes lost his starting role when Redknapp was in charge of Spurs and believes the coach is biased against Brazilians.
He said: "Julio has to work with someone [Redknapp] who is almost impossible to have his mind changed. I worked with him at Tottenham and I had my share of difficulties, too.
"He doesn't like South Americans much, Brazilians mainly. He doesn't care if you're in Selecao's [Brazil's] first XI or not. Julio will keep having problems if he continues at QPR. If he gets any chance to leave, he should do so, in order to get playing time."
