Heurelho Gomes fears Tottenham's clash with Arsenal this week will decide the future of Luka Modric.
Gomes believes Wednesday's game against fierce rivals Arsenal could hold the key to how their season ends.
The Tottenham keeper said: "It's a massive game now, very important. But we can't think about one point or losing a game. We can only think about winning our games now because the gap at the moment is not too big and if we win we should be in a good position. We also play Manchester City on May 10th, so it could come down to that.
"We have the players and team to go there and win the match - but we need to think about Arsenal first.
"It's important we qualify for the Champions League again because we know it won't be easy to keep players like Bale and Modric. But the club thinks big and wants to keep the best.
"Spurs will do their best to keep them."
