Tottenham goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini expects a tough test against Birmingham City.
Following Sunday's home defeat by Fulham, the Blues are 17th in the table and one of three teams on 39 points, with Blackburn and Wolves just a point ahead.
"It would be a great achievement to finish fifth," Cudicini, who was naturally delighted to keep a clean sheet in our first win at Liverpool since 1993 on Sunday, told the Spurs website.
"It won't be easy against Birmingham though because they are still fighting for their lives.
"It's our last home game of the season and we want to say thanks to the supporters in a nice way. They were unbelievable again at Anfield, they help us so much and hopefully we can finish well for them."
