Tottenham are ready to swoop for Marseille winger Hatem Ben Arfa.
The Sun says Spurs and Portsmouth are to step up their pursuit of Ben Arfa after the winger had another fall-out with boss Didier Deschamps.
Bad-boy Ben Arfa, 22, accused Deschamps of "breaking his b****" in a series of bust-ups.
Ben Arfa was sold by Lyon to Marseille in 2008 after a fight with a team-mate and under previous boss Eric Gerets even refused to come on as a substitute.
Ben Arfa will be made available on a six-month loan in January, with the chance of a permanent deal in the summer, after failing to nail down a first-team place.
