Tottenham are eyeing AS Roma midfielder Miralem Pjanic.

The Daily Mail says Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas is eager to find a new playmaker signing in January.

Arsenal and Manchester City have also been linked with Pjanic this month.

"I have to admit it's nice when your name is linked with big clubs in Europe. At the moment, I do not want to think about possible future destinations. I am exclusively focused on my job at Roma," he said.
