Levante signed Kone this week after a season-long loan from Sevilla with the intention of selling him on in the summer.
Spurs are regarded favourites for the 28 year-old attacker, but Valencia sources say Aston Villa, Wigan Athletic and Reading have also registered their interest in recent days.
