Tottenham's £4.5 million deal for Hertha Berlin midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng is still on.

German newspapers suggest Boateng is only doing light training and is being kept out of his side's pre-season friendlies to avoid picking up any injuries which could put the transfer in doubt.

Boateng has yet to agree personal terms with Spurs but his agent Karel van Burik is reported to be negotiating with the White Hart Lane officials.
