New Tottenham boss Juande Ramos has been having English lessons in Seville for weeks.

The Sunday Mirror says Spurs insiders are aware that French former manager Jacques Santini was doomed when he failed to communicate with his staff. And Liverpool's Spanish boss Rafa Benitez said: "One of the toughest challenges Ramos will face is communicating.

"It is very, very difficult to get your message across to your players because here there are not just Englishmen but many different nationalities while back home the majority remain Spanish."
