Tottenham goalkeeper coach Hans Segers expects young shot-stopper Tommy Forecast to kick on after his reserve-team breakthrough last season.

Segers told the Spurs website: "For me, Tommy was one of the surprises of the season. He always had good agility but technically and mentally he wasn't the strongest, but I've seen such a big improvement in all aspects of his goalkeeping. I must say, I'm delighted with his progress. He's proved a lot of people wrong and perhaps even proved me wrong."
