Tottenham sporting director Damien Comolli has denied claims that there are problems between him and boss Martin Jol.

Comolli said: "I don't know where this is coming from because from the day I started I have had always a very good relationship with Martin and it has never stopped.

"I don't think we could have worked the way we have been working, and brought in the players of the quality we have, if we didn't have a relationship. For me it's not even a subject to talk about.

"What happened last week is behind us. We have said everything we want to say about that and we want to move forward and look towards our Premier League game tomorrow because we need the points.

"It's in the past, it's all done and dusted."
