Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy won't take Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric in exchange for Gareth Bale.
The London Evening Standard says Levy is fighting to keep the Wales international, who reported for training today, and will consider only a world-record cash offer of £100million.
The prospect of sending Modric back as part of the Bale negotiations has been raised but Levy is believed to have quickly ruled that out.
Levy is still angry over the midfielder's behaviour at the club when he was trying to force a move out of White Hart Lane.
