Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has warned Porto not to up their price for Joao Moutinho.

Levy had a deal in place for Moutinho in August, only for the midfielder to get cold feet.

However, a move is back on this month, says Record, so long as Porto accept they must take a lesser fee.

Levy argues Moutinho's star has diminished in the past three months since his stellar Euros campaign in the summer. The Londoners aren't expected to go higher than £20 million for the Portugal international.
