Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is delighted with the impact of manager Mauricio Pochettino.

The Argentine was tempted away from Southampton last summer.

The Telegraph says White Hart Lane insiders are speaking in hushed tones of Mauricio Pochettino displaying some of the best qualities of Carlo Ancelotti, through his relationship with the players, and Fabio Capello, in terms of his attention detail.

And Levy is said to be delighted he landed Pochettino after missing out on Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal.
