The Daily Mail says Spurs intend to approach Southampton next week for permission to speak with Mauricio Pochettino.

Spurs are keeping their options open, with Ajax coach Frank de Boer and Roberto Martinez also identified as targets.

But De Boer has angered Spurs officials after talking publicly about the club’s interest in him, while Tottenham acknowledge that luring Martinez away from Everton will be very challenging.
