Tottenham are weighing up a bid for Santos star Paulo Henrique Ganso. Ganso has rejected a new contract offer at Santos and now planning to move to Europe.

A long-term target for Manchester United and Manchester City, Ganso's future could be in London, where new Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas is a big fan.

AVB spent last month in Brazil on a scouting trip in preparation for his new job and asked after Ganso's plans.

A move for the Brazil international could be on if AVB is forced to sell Luka Modric.
