Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp says it's crazy to suggest David Moyes is under pressure at Everton.

Redknapp is an admirer of the work Moyes has done during his seven years at Goodison, even if their recent results have been poor.

Ahead of today's match, the Spurs manager said: "Today, you go and lose a few games and people want to get rid of you.

"That's how football works. There's no five years, it's going to take me five years to do what I want to do - it doesn't work that way, unfortunately.

"You've got to get results and you've got to build and you've got to do the whole thing, but you've still got to keep picking up results to build a football club, to change the team.

"We've improved out of all recognition here but we've got to keep improving. But you don't get time if you're not doing well, we're kidding ourselves."
