Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has confirmed his interest in bringing Portsmouth striker Jermain Defoe back to White Hart Lane.

Redknapp, who heard fans sing Defoe's name during the win over Bolton, told talkSPORT: "If he ever came back up for sale then I'm sure we would be interested."
