Tottenham boss Juande Ramos has spoken of his admiration for Sevilla striker Fredi Kanoute.

Kanoute has been linked with a return to White Hart Lane and Ramos said: "Kanoute is a great player. At Sevilla, he was always great value and would be for any team.

"I don't know what happened (with the player at Tottenham). I can only talk about what he did at Sevilla, and he was extraordinary."
