Spurs boss Pochettino: Sissoko elbow was there

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino accepts Moussa Sissoko deserves his charge for elbowing Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter.

Pochettino denied that Sissoko's action was intentional but had no qualms with the charge.

"We accept it, as a club. After viewing the video we accept the charge.

"After the game it was difficult. You asked me about the action and it was true it was difficult to appreciate the situation, what happened.

"It wasn't intentional but his elbow was in Arter's face. It's clear. We accept the charge and now it's to move forward with him suspended for three games.

"I believe that it wasn't his intention what happened. Sometimes an action, during the game, happens like this. We will keep him fit in training for when he's available again."
