Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino sees Dejan Lovren as a replacement for Michael Dawson.
The Mail on Sunday says Pochettino is chasing Lovren, a player he knows from former club Southampton.
Lovren is seen as successor to club captain Michael Dawson - close to joining Hull City.
