Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino says Manchester City are the most talented team in the country.
But the Argentine, speaking with RAC-1, was asked about City's Champions League tie with Barcelona.
"City are the most talented team in England but they are also inconsistent.
"You could say that Chelsea are more solid with less talent. City are always dangerous though and the game against Barcelona will be good to watch. Barcelona are not at the level they were under Guardiola so it's 50/50."
